2- Afterwards press and hold together: Volume Up + Volume down + Power button, until you see the Recovery mode.
3-press Volume Up .
4-Then select from menu Recovery mode using Volume Up to navigate and Volume Down to confirm
5-Then select from menu “wipe data / factory reset” using Volume Down to navigate and button texture bottom of screen to confirm.
